Refused to do business me with or even come to an agreement over a out the door price because I came in with my own financing. I was ready willing and able to close the deal on the online advertised agreement over a out the door price because I came in with my own financing. I was ready willing and able to close the deal on the online advertised price of $18,691 and their doc fee of $799, taxes and motor vehicle but was told "they won't go for a cash deal" because I wasn't financing through them. They originally added a prep fee of $1,495, removed it and insisted I had to pay an additional $1,000 on top of the car price. Also, they advertised the car online for $18,691 but the car has a window sticker on the lot of $22,691. No where on cars.com or their site did it disclose their fees. Also, I was told that if you don't finance through them it automatically adds $1,000 to the car price. More
