First met Howie on a Saturday while thinking of purchasing a 4 door Altima. He presented us with a fair deal but we couldn't pull the trigger because we started to consider the 2 door Altima Coupe purchasing a 4 door Altima. Left and visited 6 other dealerships and had a deal in place by Monday afternoon elsewhere. Like a true professional he wished me well and offered his assistance for any future purchase. Well the deal fell through and back to Freehold/Howie we went on the last day of the month. Their inventory is one of the largest I've seen. When I walked in, I was not swamped or followed by salespeople. I took a look around the lot and it was after a few minutes I met Frank Tambone, who asked if I needed assistance. I told him I was interested in the Sentra and asked him a few questions about the car and financing. He was able to answer them with ease and was easy to understand. Almost immediately, he offered me an obligation-free test drive. We drove around for about half an hour, on the highway and local roads, learning the car and its features. After the drive, we went to his desk and talked about pricing, etc. I told him I needed some time to think about it; I was not pressured in any way to get the car that same day. After a few days, Frank gave me a call to notify me that since the month was ending, the sale was ending as well. He gave me an offer I couldn't resist. No need for negotiating. The price was just too good. I got the car that night and could not be any happier and satisfied. Frank even stayed after the dealership's closing hours to make sure I was well taken care of. Afterwards, he went over everything about the car and made sure I was happy and content with the car.
