First met Howie on a Saturday while thinking of purchasing a 4 door Altima. He presented us with a fair deal but we couldn't pull the trigger because we started to consider the 2 door Altima Coupe purchasing a 4 door Altima. The Altima Coupe at their dealership was higher (or so we thought) than we were prepared to pay and did not discuss in any detail with Howie. Left and visited 6 other dealerships and had a deal in place by Monday afternoon elsewhere. Howie followed up on Monday like I would have expected and told him thanks but we have a deal in place elsewhere. Like a true professional he wished me well and offered his assistance for any future purchase. Well the deal fell through and back to Freehold/Howie we went on the last day of the month. His knowledge of the vehicle, patience and professionalism really struck me. He worked with us regarding the price right down to the end.
