I have never met Mark before this, but I can say that I felt like I have known him forever. He certainly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and work within your budget for the vehicle that you want. I will be honest, I did not plan on leaving with a car that night, but Mark and his team gave me a great deal and the time was right at DCH. I highly recommend checking this dealership out, and please ask for Mark. He is not your typical salesman. I made a friend for life and will not look elsewhere for future car purchases.
