My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. I read through your comments and it is very disturbing to me that you felt the way you did after speaking with Chris. I have sat down with both Chris and Shay to try and identify who you are and what car you were on but it is not easy to identify the negotiation. I would say that there are instances where we do sell UC & NC at a loss just to move the inventory to a retail sale instead of wholesaling the vehicle. Every UC trade in is different, sometimes we may give too much money on a trade to make a new deal and then we then have to get out of the car and minimize the loss. In no way do I condone speaking disrespectfully to a customer and have spoken to all mainly about just that subject. If you would like to discuss it further please call me at 732-780-3600.
