I began thinking about what I was going to do a couple months ago as my car was going to need tires and my lease was coming do, then Nissan came out with its pull ahead programs so instead of putting mone months ago as my car was going to need tires and my lease was coming do, then Nissan came out with its pull ahead programs so instead of putting money into the car, I decided to take advantage of the great programs, lease loyalty cash, and the latest technology available on the market. I knew right off the bat I wanted a Nissan or Infiniti product. The 2011 Nissan Maxima had the features, looks, power, and technology that I love in a car. Sharif, on of the BDC reps in the sales department gave me all the information I needed to help make my decision process easier. His follow up and attention to detail was top notch. Being in the car business at an import dealership also being a prior Nissan and Infiniti sales consultant I only wish that the BDC department at the dealerships I worked at past and present handled things the same way. I came in last Tuesday picked out my car and Sherry handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We had to wait to get into finance, but it was the toward the end of the month, and people were buying deals taking advantage of Nissan's agressive lease programs combined with DCH Freehold Nissan's aggressive pricing. I have never seen a Auto Group more competitive. The DCH auto group strives to ensure quality assurance and top notch customer service. They strive in customer service and it is the guiding principals of the way they do business. Straight forward, honest, honesty, and integrity are the reasons why I would recommend DCH Freehold Nissan to anyone looking for a new or quality pre-owned Nissan. I worked at two different Nissan dealerships, yet chose to travel out of my area to do business with DCH because they have such a great reputation. Being in the busines I know managers at Red Bank, Pine Belt Keyport, and Sansone 66, yet I chose DCH. Once again I thank you for the great deal on my Maxima, I can't drive it enough, I bought the 3.5 SV Premiem Package with Premium Technology Package, there is not a thing this car doesn't have. So all said and done, DCH is the best rated Nissan Dealer in the state of New Jersey, obviously its for a reason. Thanks so much! Michael P. DePonte More
Great dealership. Friendly service. John was a great salesmen. He was very comfortable to talk with about finances of the car and did not push for anything. Made me feel very comfortable buying there. T salesmen. He was very comfortable to talk with about finances of the car and did not push for anything. Made me feel very comfortable buying there. The test drive was great. He told me in great detail about the car and all its features and its potential. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Very Friendly person. The Sales Manager Eric Cennames (Sp?) made my purchase a pleasant one (even though negotiating the price was the difficult part). After that was said and done, Eric answered all of my questions and even went out of his way and helped me find a place that can put my pedal extensions on so I can drive my car. I love my Juke! :) :) Even after my purchase, Freehold Nissan took care of my first oil change. I would recommend Eric and his managing crew at Freehold Nissan to people I know. So thanks Freehold Nissan! Warm regard, Eyvette Hanna Owner of a 2011 red Juke SV More

While researching DCH Nissan, it became apparent to me that it was the type of company I would do business with, as the reviews were all positive. Although, DCH is expanding there service department, the showroom and rest of the establishement was clean and proffesional looking. The entire process for me was as pleasant as it could be when spending a ridiculous amount of money for a vehicle. I would not only recommend DCH Nissan to family and friends, I will purchase my next vehicle from them, More
I saw a reasonably priced used car on the dealer's website and came in to test drive it. One thing I noticed was the alloy wheels were slightly scratched in the pictures on the website. It was no big website and came in to test drive it. One thing I noticed was the alloy wheels were slightly scratched in the pictures on the website. It was no big deal to me that they were scratched, but when I came in to test drive the car I noticed someone had spray painted all the alloy wheels with a dull metallic grey spray paint. It was very tacky looking and there was even some paint overspray on the rubber tires. This wasn't a deal breaker to me, but it gave the impression to me that the dealership as a whole would resort to a quick, cheap fix to cover up a flaw, even if the fix was not in the best interest of the car in the long term. Really?? Who spray paints metal alloy rims? Now several months later, as expected, the spray paint is chipping and peeling away, leaving rims that look even worse than the original scratches the wheel had in the first place. But that is not my main issue. The purchase process was long and excruciating! Shay Patten was the sales person, and at the time I got the impression that he was very inexperienced. During the negotiations he would routinely dissapear for long periods of time, only to come back with little headway towards a better price. After we finally agreed on a price, I was hoping I could get out of there in a short amount of time because I was paying cash for the car without any financing. Shay said it would take about an hour before everything was done. I was floored, because I had never heard of having to wait that long AFTER the negotiations were over just to pay, sign and drive away. But by the end of the day I could only wish the wait was just an hour, because this is where it got really bad. Mr. Patten would come back with a few papers to sign, then take them to a different office, then disapear. He would come back between 10 minutes and sometimes a half hour later with another document to sign, then disappear. A half hour later there was another appearance with another document to sign. With each visit I grew more frustrated, and reiterated to him that I was paying cash, I just wanted to sign everything I needed to all at once, write a check and leave. His replies were that it was the end of the month, the finance department is really busy processing those people purchasing new cars, and they were the only ones that could draw up the bill of sale for me to sign before I could go. I was repeatedly told it would just be a short while and I should be one of the next few to be done. It was even more frustrating because with each "disappearance" of the sales person, I would see him walking in a continuous cycle out the back service door, around to the front line of cars, up the ramp into the side entrance, past the sales manager's office, past the financing department, and then out the back service door again, only to repeat the whole cycle once again... repeatedly. When he would come inside during this cycle he would either avoid eye contact with me sitting at his desk or avert his eyes as I glared at him. Yes, I had the impression the salesman would rather walk this same beat, hoping to drum up new business, rather than sit at his desk with me, or even better, to stand in the office of the financing department demanding that I be the next bill of sale to be processed. He wasn't working for me at all. Customers that sat down after me that were fortunate enough to have a different salesperson closed the deal and left with their new vehice long before I did. The total time spent at the dealership that day: Just over 6 hours. Would I ever give them another minute of my time? Absolutely not. More
Wanted to purchase a 2011 Maxima and went to Freehold Nissan after collecting some Internet quotes from a few dealerships. Their price was not the lowest one, but I went there because of their great r Nissan after collecting some Internet quotes from a few dealerships. Their price was not the lowest one, but I went there because of their great ratings at this website. Our first visit to the dealership wasn't great. The sales team made several mistakes on the numbers and document, and we were quite frustrated and left without buying anything. I posted my comments about the first visit at this website. The management of the dealership quickly responded to my issue, and offered me a better deal on the car that I can hardly turn down. Generally speaking, this is a great dealership to work with. Although there were some hiccups, they responded to that promptly and effectively. I would recommend this dealership. More

When my '04 was totaled by someone who didn't know that red meant stop, I decided I loved my Frontier so much, I would get another one. I actually used this site to find a good Nissan dealer. No one had a red meant stop, I decided I loved my Frontier so much, I would get another one. I actually used this site to find a good Nissan dealer. No one had a good word to say about Pine Belt in Toms River where I bought my first Frontier. But there were plenty of people who had good things to say about DCH Freehold. So off I went. I decided I wanted a Pro 4-x in Red Alert. Not to common a truck. I first spoke with Vinnie Cimmino, who I guess is a rookie. Vinnie has a calm trusting demeanor. His back-up was Elliot "the truck guy". Elliot found the truck I wanted within a few days. I received update calls from Elliot and Vinnie. Today I went back to close the deal. I was ready for a battle with Mark the finance guy thinking, for sure HE would try to rip me off. I was dead wrong. Mark got me a great rate and was an ease to deal with. I can say nothing but good things about my experience at DCH Freehold. Even the sales people I was not dealing with were friendly and could engage in friendly conversation. I closed the deal on the truck and got ready to drive away. To my surprise, there in the windshield, was a big sign with my name saying "This car specially prepared for" me. A very nice touch Mr. Manager. Thank you Elliot, Vinnie and Mark. More
