The overall dealer experience was excellent. I was looking to replace my lease vehicle and stay within a specified budget. At other dealerships, the advertisements were not even close to what I was f looking to replace my lease vehicle and stay within a specified budget. At DCH, they were staight forward, they did not push the most expensive vehicle to exceed my budget, and showed me vehicles in various price ranges. Barry Cottrell was very professional and accomodating in making sure I was well taken care of by all of the staff, Chris Murphy went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, Marc Weber was a very pleasant salesman that made sure this was a stress-free and wonderful experience, and Sal in finance finished off the deal also with a professional yet very pleasant attitude. Let me start by saying that going to DCH Nissan was the best move I had ever made when it came to buying a car. I had been emailing Chris Curriele for over a month with the car specification Nissan Altima best move I had ever made when it came to buying a car. I had been emailing Chris Curriele for over a month with the car specification Nissan Altima 2.5 S with SL package, Convenience package, convenience package plus, wind deflector and audio auction but I though the dealer was to far south. After going and dealing with other dealers (which I'm not going to mention) My fiance and I were frustrated feeling like we were stock in the 80's the way these dealerships were behaving - news flash we live in a internet social network society - so after making an appt with Chris C., we finally took the drive down to Freehold and let me tell you it is a ride from Colonia, NJ. As soon as we pull into the lot it felt different but we were still skeptical then we open the door and Shay welcome us with a smile - still Skeptical - we pretty much had an invoice from the other place and horror story to go with it. Shay not only match the price but beat it by $100 bucks which it may not sound like a lot but is the principal - we decided to go back to freehold they got us the finance we were looking for and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was done the way we want it to be done - then we met the Turkish delight Sam the Business Manager (Finance manager old term). He took care of us we even got extra protection just because he was truthful and sincere no gimmicks. My Fiance felt bad because we got there late and they stay to make sure the deal was done that night and just when I though it could possibly get any nicer...Rolando shows up to take the time to show us the car and answer our questions. I think there's a word for all of this - Car Dealership Eutopia - we are waiting for a call from the dealer for our wind deflector and plates which should be coming soon. I had been to several dealerships, and must say this dealership impressed me the most. The staff/sales people were very friendly and I didn't feel they were trying to dupe me. I also appreciated that the slaespeoplegave you a minute or so before making initial contact. My salesperson,Howie Salka was extremely personable & knowledgeable about all thongs Nissan. He took the time to listen to the features/package options that were of interest to me. I was pleased with the courtesy extended by the General Manager who personally thanked me for my business as well the advance scheduling of the first oil change appointment. Howie also sent a follow up email to thank me for my business as well. These are all small touches thatdistinguish your dealership from other dealerships-the value of a customer relationship vs a quick sale. I only rewmember the first name of the gentleman who did the final delivery,his name was Yravis & he programmed the bluetooth w/my cellphone as well as ensuring that I had my owner's manuel,paperwork & reviewed pickup of title/resistration/license plates. I would definitely refer my family/friends to this dealership. More
DCH Freehold Nissan has an excellent and fun staff. I came all the way from Long Island just to buy a car from them. Other dealers in both New York and New Jersey weren't nearly as honest or professiona came all the way from Long Island just to buy a car from them. Other dealers in both New York and New Jersey weren't nearly as honest or professional dealing with me. One salesman I dealt with in New York actually harrassed my cell phone via text message from the moment I left their dealer. DCH was courteous and kept me laughing while I was waiting for the car to be detailed. Travis especially, who helped me sync my cell phone with the cars bluetooth, even though he usually only delivers new cars. Sal the finance manager was also a Turkish delight. I also owe Barry Cottrell, the general manager, a very special thanks. I will definitely be back for my next car, and I would recommend to anyone that they buy their cars from DCH Freehold Nissan! Freddy had met us when we walked in the doo with such a warm and friendly smile. I felt that he was a friend and not a salesperson. We looked at the Nissan trying to decide which model we would like to lease. We have been leasing Nissans for 14 years since we moved to NJ. Freddy walked with us at each model and explained different things about each car. I felt that was such a good service. Most salesmen leave you alone to search for yourself. We decided that we liked the Rogue which Freddy then let us test drive the car. Which we liked very much and are currently leasing thatcar. I hope that down the road when it's time for us to lease another Nissan that Freddy will still be working for Nissan. There is really so much about his personality and that smile really gets you. Please pass my comments about him to the manager at the dealership so other salesmen will take some advise. Thank you it was a pleasure having Freddy help us. More
