I gave them a second chance and went back with my car & it was horrible. Never going back , they supposedly fixed my car & told me to pick it up and as I get in the road after picking it up my car shuts in it was horrible. I had to get my car towed back to the dealership on my own expense since it was their lack of diagnostics the first time to figure out what was wrong. The took 2 days again just to figure out what was wrong with it & no one answers the phones & if they do they put you on this ridiculous long hold . More
Went in for an oil change. They went through a couple of issues with the car and were able to get warranty coverage on a faulty part. Great customer service. Finance manager sent the wrong social# to Nissan Finance so I cannot set up online payments until it is resolved. Have to go through the hassle of paying by phone with extra fees. Also, with the finance man so I cannot set up online payments until it is resolved. Have to go through the hassle of paying by phone with extra fees. Also, with the finance managers, a 700 dollar documentary fee is a completely inflated fee that they push on you. Could have fought it more,but I was exhausted. Overall, the vehicle is great and the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. More
