Once the ink dried on the paperwork All Bets Are Off at this dealership Customer Care Doesn't Exist After the Sale. I had a problem with the car day after I took it home. I brought into shop which by the way they do not offer a loaner car unless you want to pay I was told. The whistling noise the car make constantly I was told is normal for a car with power steering. Really what 2017 car doesn't have power steering. I've been driving power steering vehicles all my life and never heard noises. so I car I purchased on 9/26 already in the shop on 10/6 and needs to go to a new shop. BAD BAD BAD Dealership I wouldn't get a car from them if they offered it for free More
Leased our last few Nissan's here (when it was DCH) ever since my experience has been poor. Looked to lease another Rogue deals are not good and that may be just a Nissan thing now, but the inventory is ho since my experience has been poor. Looked to lease another Rogue deals are not good and that may be just a Nissan thing now, but the inventory is horrible one SL avail have to take what is on the lot and lease deals are poor. Then this is the kicker got my car inspected ( 3 week waiting period to get a date) and finally after inspection ( 3 weeks) called to turn in my lease. Called on a Friday ( same dealership I leased it at) and Phyllis tells me I can't bring car in today, they don't do on Saturday's and Monday we are booked. Are you kidding me. So after they would not make any exceptions for a loyal customer I had to keep the car insured for an extra 4 days, go into work late for a process that took 9 minutes to do. The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is that the salesmen that helped me out today was a pleasure to deal with a true professional. They do not have his name on there web-site, so I am sorry I couldn't remember. More
We looked into an early lease termination in July with Jim Small, who is the salesperson who has taken care of our vehicle needs for our past few Nissans. Jim has consistently made our car purchase experience with Freehold Nissan extremely pleasant, which is why we go back to him. We also met with one of the managers who was not friendly and seemed annoyed to be dealing with us. He took down our numbers, went into his office and then after about 20 minutes sent Jim back to us with an over the top price which is not what was quoted to us. It was pretty apparent he didn’t want to negotiate or deal with us. We were upset by the treatment and planned to take our business elsewhere. Yesterday my wife and I received 3 new letters from Freehold Nissan advertising the possibility of an early lease termination. I don't think so!!!! More
Pompous, arrogant, rude...liars! When you come across a customer who knows the game, put your poker face down a start shooting straight. I was given a monthly payment that was way higher than I was paying currently but could not give me the vehicle price which obviously plays a huge role in your monthly payment. LOYALTY PROGRAM DOES NOT EXIST IN FREEHOLD OR EDISON LOCATIONS! Trying to screw you over DOES though. I was over miles, I owed more than the car was worth and was not interested in helping customers whatsoever! Causeway Nissan in Manahawkin BOUGHT OUT MY CAR, ATE ALL EXTRA FEES (miles, wear and tear etc which was over $5,000) AND I LEFT WITH A BRAND NEW 2020 ALTIMA! (UPGRADED) from the Sentra I was currently leading and have the car and paperwork to prove it! Causeway Nissan knows how to treat customers and to get their LOYALTY FOR LIFE!!! Eat that FREEHOLD andvEDISON! More

Fought tooth and nail to have them accept responsibility for 2 issues that should have been addressed prior to sale of vehicle. Was told by the sales manager that the service department makes mistakes often and misses things on inspection...yet I should continue to let them service my car?? Service technician was extremely disrespectful and made insults directly to my face. They will rob you blind and insult you while doing so. Zero respect for customers. More
