The car I was negotiating was advertised for a specific price as certified but Darryl pulled out some numbers showing an extra 4g's was being charged to make it saleable. After a long negotiation the numbers were brought down to a relatively fair price. Only one key came with the car and they wouldn't honor another one as part of the purchase. Overall though , Darryl and Lisa were both nice and professional.. But the numbers didn't add up so be prepared to negotiate hard. Also be prepared for the good cop bad cop routine. More
Leased a 2020 rogue sv didn't have vehicle we wanted in stock, so went out of there way to get us a rogue sv in black. Took them about week to get vehicle. Only mishap: didn't come in with the self dimming rear mirror with garage opener , or a metallic bumper strip, and , no rubber mats. When we arrived to pick up, the sales manager was supposed to be there, but was absent. The salesman Mark Coley was present, so he instructed service to locate a metallic strip and install. They did. He also found us rubber mats, and installed{ was told they cost $400, but, was giving them to us for free.) Bad news on getting the self dimming mirror. The vehicle came with a flip mirror, which was not on the vehicle we test drove, that did have a self dimming mirror. However, the sale manager assured us, we would get the same exact vehicle we test drove. However, since it did not have one, and the sales manager absent, we made the executive decision to purchase the vehicle. We actually never noticed the vehicle wasn't equipped with a self dimming mirror , until after we had signed all documents. Afterwards, while siting in the rear seat, my wife Joy in drivers seat, and Mark Coley in the passenger seat, they were discussing how the Bluetooth, etc, etc worked, I just happened to notice that there was a flip rear view mirror, and NOT a self dimming, garage door opening mirror. I was quite flabbergasted. I said to Mark, that mirror isn't what we were promised. Darryl said we were to get " THE EXACT SAME VEHICLE WE TEST DROVE". It was blue, we wanted black. So, we decided, to not make a mountain out of mole hill, and take the vehicle home, and we would call Darryl Overby, the sales manager who told us we would be getting the EXACT SAME VEHICLE, the next day. Now, we are happy , happy, happy with this new Rogue SV. We call Darryl the next day, explain, since your were absent, we took the vehicle, confidant , that you would correct the mistake. This is where are happiness diminished. Darryl told me MULTIPLE times, that we had been PRESUMPIOUS, not sure I spelled that correctly....He said he had NOT told us we would get the EXACT same vehicle, but instead of blue, in the color we wanted, black. We PRESUMED, the vehicle would be the exact same. If we wanted the self dimming mirror with garage opener, it would cost us another $400 !!!!!! Not the response from the absent sales manager we had hoped for(Prior to visiting Freehold Nissan, we had visited pine belt Nissan in toms river, NJ, where they offered us this vehicle with the self dimming mirror, mats, metallic strip, and some type of a net in the rear cargo area. We could have driven that out that day, yet, we decided to give Freehold Nissan a shot. FAST FORWARD, we came back yesterday, paid approx. $247 to have a self dimming, garage door opening installed. Done. We had hoped that the dealership would have honored there commitment to deliver to us the SAME EXACT VEHICLE WE TEST DROVE IN METALIC BLUE, BUT INSTEAD WANTED, IN BLACK..Same EXACT vehicle, NO MORE..NO LESS..THEY DID NOT HONOR THERE COMMITMENT. In conclusion, we probably would give this dealership another chance, when this lease is up in 3 years, but , would look at other nisssan dealers before we did. Inspect your vehice carefully before signing your paperwork, and be sure , all equipment, and features are what was promised. Don't presume anything. More

Easiest buying experience ever I had previously purchased 2 Rogues from Pine Belt Nissan and because of their unwillingness to help me with an issue I was having, I decided to shop I had previously purchased 2 Rogues from Pine Belt Nissan and because of their unwillingness to help me with an issue I was having, I decided to shop at Freehold Nissan. Our salesman Jim, couldn't have been more professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Unbeknownst to me, I had left a few photos in the car I was trading in and he held onto them until I could get in to pick them up. I would definitely recommend Freehold Nissan if your in the market for a new car. More

I'm very happy with my new car! I appreciated being able to look at the cars in the lot without being pressured into the showroom before I was ready. We went on a test drive and I really enjoyed driving the car.I got a very fair trade in price for my vehicle and was able to get all of the paperwork completed so that I could drive out of the dealership. My wife & I made an appointment with Elizabeth, who said to come in and meet her. we got a letter in the mail, she said we would be able to get into a new vehicle while keeping the same monthly payment with to come in and meet her. we got a letter in the mail, she said we would be able to get into a new vehicle while keeping the same monthly payment without having to put any money down or out of pocket. We arrive to the building this morning and then everyone there claims they have no idea who this woman Elizabeth is, and that I must have called the “internet line”. I meet with the salesman Marc who then says idk why this woman would tell you such things she is just the woman who makes the appointments from long island she gets $25 each one she tells to come into us and books. Then the deal that they were willing to offer us was not what was promised. I then leave and call the number back so that I can track down this Elizabeth, which is the same number as the Freehold number listed all over the building I was in. I then get Elizabeth on the phone after I call back and she says “I am in the building idk what these people are telling you, turn around I will meet you at the front desk” so my wife & I, who have our 10 month old baby in the car with us, after wasting 2 1/2 hours I mind you, turn around to go get to the bottom of this. When we return, YET AGAIN, am told we do not have an Elizabeth here you must have called the internet line again idk why they would tell you she’ll meet you here at the desk. Then the general manager Art decided to talk to me saying I’m sorry this and that idk why you were given such information, well guess what. I’ll be calling the corporate office and reporting all of this False advertisement. I am furious from everything they have put us through this morning. This is a horrible way to run a business. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE More

I was able to test drive several cars with zero pressure and able to leave to discuss info with my spouse. When I returned later that evening, Mr. Bayard made sure to have his manager, Daryl Overby, up to date on my info and both immediately put my husband at ease who was not ready to commit to a car this night. Amazingly, both Steve and Daryl met everyone one of our car needs and came back with a price we could not pass up! We were treated with respect from start to finish! I can’t wait to drive my new Rogue Sport and I’m looking forward to enjoying bagels when my car get serviced in the future. I highly recommend Steven Bayard at Freedold Nissan! More
