Awesome Service I came in looking for a specific car and Dave came up to me right as I walked in, he was very helpful. He took me over to his desk to look for cars co I came in looking for a specific car and Dave came up to me right as I walked in, he was very helpful. He took me over to his desk to look for cars coming in. He came across one in no time. I told him I was very intrested and he said he would contact me as soon as he gets the car in. The next day it came in, I got the text at work and was really excited to see it. When I came in the car was all detailed and looking wonderful. I test drove it and right there I knew I wanted the car. Dave and Darryl broke everything down and we came to a great price. I deffenetly recommend Freehold Nissan for there awesome help and comfortable sales environment. More

Waiting for refund I paid almost $140 for a service that was prepaid. Alberto Zorrilla is too lazy to look up my VIN. He told me I didn't have the service with the new dealership. In March, after speaking with corporate, Alberto Zorrilla found the information. I asked for reimbursement for the prior service. I had to go back to speak to Douglas, service manager. He told me on March 25th I would get a check within 3 weeks. Almost 5 weeks later, I return to the dealership and Douglas has no idea what I'm talking about. One of the service writers called me a jerk. Fyi- I called the day before and didn't receive a response. I had to call corporate AGAIN! I tried to call the GM three times. He never called back! More

He helped me get to my price range and worked with me to meet my needs. He was very professional and pleasant. He managed to sell me a car and get me out within hours which is pretty amazing to me!! Usually going to the dealership is an all day event and a headache but I have to say that this time it was a great experience. I love my new Nissan Rogue and will certainly be getting another one once my Lease is up. I would recommend freehold Nissan to all and ask for David when you go!!! More

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, my car was totaled. I was devastated. So I spoke to steve and he said “don’t worry we are going to take care of it. You’ll be in a new one in no time” 2 days later, I met him at Nissan and drove home with my brand new 2019 white Nissan Sentra!!! Him and his boss Emmanus were both extremely helpful and overall such great guys. Everyone at that dealership is so sweet and anytime I’m in there, it’s awesome!!
