Purchased many cars in Freehold Nissan. Excellent experience My sales person was Lisa Santoro and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She took extra good care with me as a handicapped person, even driving me home, helping me inside, and seeing that I was safely in my house before she left. Unfortunately, I mistakenly gave her less than an excellent review. At the time that I filled it out, it was so long that it tired me out. I was also annoyed with the fact that the new car had less desirable advantages than my old one, and I was beginning to regret leasing the 2019 model. I thought I should have released my 2016 model because the features in the older model were better than the new one. However, I do like my new car. In addition, the new car payments are $120 more, and I was paying extra but getting less. I want to appologize for taking my disappointment out on Lisa. She really was very good and very kind. ***HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE*** ******BUYER BEWARE****** First of all let me say that the customer service is horrible, not to mention that they advertise one price online and when ******BUYER BEWARE****** First of all let me say that the customer service is horrible, not to mention that they advertise one price online and when you get there its a total different price. I drove almost two hours to Freehold Nissan with a car that was in perfect condition wanted to get out of it because the lease was almost up. So I ended up purchasing a 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport from them on 01/14/2019 and it has been a nightmare ever since. I was promised mats, an engine cover, a spare key, by the sales manager John Surros because this vehicle had none of that, and I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THEM.Two days later 01/16/2019 I was back at the dealership asking for my down payment back because the car powered down on me while DRIVING! I spoke with the sales manager John Surros who told me that they knew that the car had mechanical issues and assured me that they would take care of the problem and would make sure I had a loaner car, he refused to give me back my money. So now I DON'T have a car or a means of transportation for my family and I because I'm not driving a vehicle that is NOT safe. He didn't make arrangements for AAA to pick up the vehicle until 01/22/2019 at 12pm. The loaner car didn't get delivered to me until 10pm that night. The vehicle was taken to Land Rover and was there for 5days. At this piont I'm calling John to no avail because I don't want the vehicle, its a LEMON. He refused to return my money because of course they rather keep the sale and commisson than rectify a situation that can cause FATALITIES! How can you sell someone a LEMON and refuse to reverse the deal?! How can you try and force someone to continue to do buisness with you after an incident like this?! How can you think its ok to pay a car note on a vehicle thats not drivable?!Fast forward to 01/31/2019 The car POWERS DOWN on me on the HIGHWAY with my kids in the car!!!! It could of KILLED us!!! Again I'm calling the dealership to no avail because John isn't answering my calls or voicemails. I finally get in touch with him on 02/07/2019 and there is still no solution to this problem, just a simple "what car are you looking for? Ill find it and then you can trade the land rover in for the car I find" Are you Flipping kidding me?! Meanwhile i'm out of a vehicle, I have to find other ways to commute back and fourth to work and to transport my kids!!! ***PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!*** NOTHING GOOD CAN COME FROM DOING BUISNESS HERE! Best experience ever!! I travel for work quite often and for my most recent trip I was in NJ. After a long day of meetings I was heading home to Pennsylvania and my car started to make a funny noise. Thankfully I was able to find your dealership. Not only did they take my car in which I assume was close to their closing time, they fixed my car and got me back on the road in no time!! They were soo friendly and polite, I couldnt have been happier with my experience, especially since I didnt even buy my car there. The Manager Doug couldn't have been any more accommodating!! What an amazing service team you have! More
Final problem resolution was great My wife and I were in need of a "new" car very quickly and we wanted a Nissan Quest but Nissan stopped producing them after 2017. Freehold Nissan was My wife and I were in need of a "new" car very quickly and we wanted a Nissan Quest but Nissan stopped producing them after 2017. Freehold Nissan was the only dealership that had several Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Quests to choose from and we purchased one only to discover on closer inspection several problems that needed fixing. The problems were not initially addressed to our satisfaction through sales and I felt I needed to pursue a better resolution. I was given Sidonne Hendricks, Business Development Associate, as my contact person and she, along with Service Manager Doug Monaco, acted on my behalf in getting the buy-in of the right people to get all my problems taken care of. Doug could not have been nicer in taking care of me and the service was done with great expertise. Kudos to Sidonne and Doug for taking a not so great car buying experience and converting into a win for Freehold Nissan customer satisfaction and their service center excellence. More
Waste of time and poor saleman experienxe I drove down there after seeing a car online I was interested in purchasing, I get there and was met by a saleman who wanted to run my credit before I I drove down there after seeing a car online I was interested in purchasing, I get there and was met by a saleman who wanted to run my credit before I looked at the car.. I told him went through my bank and already have a pre approval and if I like the car I have no problem with my credit being ran. The salesman “ go get the car” in which he already checked his system for.. after sitting there for almost 45 minutes and watching him talking to two other employees he informs me that the car is in transit and won’t be there until Monday. The salesman claims he will give me a call on Monday once the car arrives... The salesman never called. I also called on Saturday while driving home and was told by another person that the car is there and I can come look at it any time.. More
