Not happy with Dealer Staff I walked into the dealer and had to ask for help. I was the only one there. Everyone was either talking or alone at their desks. Jorge ended up be I walked into the dealer and had to ask for help. I was the only one there. Everyone was either talking or alone at their desks. Jorge ended up being my Sales Man. He was always very polite to me and not pushy which I did appreciate. I did not like the afternoon I went and made the deal, I left with a price that was assured to me. I went home and came back a few hours later as I said I would. In between this, I even called the dealer and spoke with Jorge regarding the price and once again, I was assured that is what it was. When I went back that evening and the deal was written up, the Sales Manager came over and had totally different numbers. When I questioned Jorge in front of the Manager why he gave me these figures, all I got was sorry. To me that was not acceptable. I bought the car because I needed a vehicle asap. I had a issue regarding special plates, the Sales Manager, Sales Man, and Finance Manager all assured me the problem would be taken care of. Well two weeks later and countless in returned calls to the dealer, the issue is not resolved. I was told the dealers motor vehicle person won't deal with the public. I think it is very unprofessional that this issue is not resolved nor has anyone took the time to contact me. I feel they feel the sale was made so now on to the next customer. As I stated, Jorge was nice but I am not happy and something better be done. More
