My first truck I visited freehold Nissan about 2 months ago to buy a used truck they had online. I called and spoke with Sasha very pleasant and well informed, so that was a great starter to my experience Having visited about 3 dealers before Nissan I was a bit eerie, let me tell you I couldn't have had a better experience than I did at freehold. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice and made it a point to come say hello and ask how my day was going. I have not bought many cars before from dealers but I know they were going above and beyond to make my car buying experience that much better.. Joe urban was such a great guy in helping me with everything and was very knowledgeable in a truck that wasn't even a Nissan. He answered all my questions and was great in guiding me to buy the truck I wanted. It wasn't just business as usual with joe he made me and my girlfriend laugh and feel very comfortable and not pressured into anything I wasn't sure of. After all a car is a commitment you supposed to be happy with. I would absolutely buy another truck from them or recommend them to family and friends. I got a great deal on the truck I bought and I know because after months of looking online doing research and visiting other dealers that the price they offered wasn't going to be beat. That brings me to Joe Clossey in the finance Department another great guy and was more than easy to deal with. He was fast and knew his stuff.. I had a bunch of questions about my loan being a newbie and he answered all of them without any hesitation..Freehold is about 3 hours away from where I live and I wouldn't think twice about taking a ride to get vehicle from them. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me at freehold for getting me into a vehicle that I couldn't be happier with! More

Joe explained the differences between Altima packages and what the cost differences would be. During the test drive, Joe offered many insights about the vehicle. He was able to inform me first hand, since he had just recently purchased a 2015 Altima Limited Edition and knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. Thanks Joe! The purchase process of signing all the paperwork...and having each document explained...was very smooth and quick. More

Nicest salesman yet I was referred by a friend who knew one of the employees that works at this dealership. Overall amazing customer service, everyone there was extremely I was referred by a friend who knew one of the employees that works at this dealership. Overall amazing customer service, everyone there was extremely nice to me and did everything they could to help me get into a car as I had no car for about 2 weeks. I was approved without needing a cosigner, never having car credit and just starting to build my credit. They got me into a 2012 red toyota corolla. I fell in love with this car when I saw it in person. It's a really great car and I'm extremely happy I went to Nissan Freehold and very happy to have dealt with Mark Weber and Will Doheny.
