"Bait and Switch" on price We had our Altima serviced for an oil change and tire replacement. I had called the same morning and got price quotes by phone. The phone quotes wer We had our Altima serviced for an oil change and tire replacement. I had called the same morning and got price quotes by phone. The phone quotes were fair and I immediately took my car in for service. I then waited and the work was done. To my surprise the bill for the oil change and tune up were nothing like the phone quotes. When I presented the quotes to my service rep. she told me that only the manager could help me and he was off on this particular saturday. She took my info and said the manager would call me.---HE NEVER DID!, I then called and was told that he was busy?? and again that he would call me back--AGAIN I never received the call. I told this to many of my friends and warned them about DCH Freehold. DO yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!! More

Amazing Experience On January 20th 2016 I Spoke to Alexandria over the phone and worked out a lease on a 2016 Maxiam SR. She linked me up with Dustin in sales who did a On January 20th 2016 I Spoke to Alexandria over the phone and worked out a lease on a 2016 Maxiam SR. She linked me up with Dustin in sales who did an amazing job, being in sales myself Dustin showed amazing customer service without the pushiness of what you would expect at certain car dealerships. I also dealt with their General Sales Manager Ken Messink who also treated the who process with respect and great servie the both men had the terms I discussed over the phone right in front of them and nothing changed on the final paperwork. Once I got to finance I was greeted by Joseph Clossy, he explained the paperwork word by word and made me feel very comfortable in purchasing a car there. All in all if anyone is looking for a new Nissan I would give this dealership an amazing review. More

Leo the service manager is a joke and needs to take LOTS of customer satisfaction courses. I cant believe he is a manager. Also, my car needed to be brought back to the shop three times for Nissan to finally fix the shock noise after they changed my rear shocks. They even tried to blame window noise for what was clearly noise coming from the shocks. I needed to show the mechanic the noise it was making before Nissan service took my car back in again to fix the noise complaint I had, and clearly coming from the shocks Nissan changed. All around, bad place to leave your car if you still want to have your belonging, bad customer service, and bad overall mechanic service. More
