Extremely disrespectful I went to purchase 2015 Rogue on lease. When I took a look at the vehicle (2015 Rogue) I found that some of the features (not AWD and not sunroof) tha I went to purchase 2015 Rogue on lease. When I took a look at the vehicle (2015 Rogue) I found that some of the features (not AWD and not sunroof) that I want were missing on it. I was still thinking about it when the salesman, Jake gave me the quote. As such the quote was higher than quote of 2016 Rogue which I received from another Nissan dealer. Since the 2015 car dint have the features that I was looking for, I asked for 2016 quote and Jake's boss came over and said that he cant give me the quote for 2016 and said that people like me take quotes from one place to another! I said that I am not going to take the printout of his quote but I want to see how much the price is. When you plan to buy a car you visit several showrooms looking for the price that fits your budget. These ppl at Nissan DCH Freehold DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! Shame! I will never recommend this dealer to anyone! I have been to several shows rooms. Bought 2 cars till date and never ever saw such a poor customer facing salesman!! More

My first truck I visited freehold Nissan about 2 months ago to buy a used truck they had online. I called and spoke with Sasha very pleasant and well informed, so that was a great starter to my experience Having visited about 3 dealers before Nissan I was a bit eerie, let me tell you I couldn't have had a better experience than I did at freehold. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice and made it a point to come say hello and ask how my day was going. I have not bought many cars before from dealers but I know they were going above and beyond to make my car buying experience that much better.. Joe urban was such a great guy in helping me with everything and was very knowledgeable in a truck that wasn't even a Nissan. He answered all my questions and was great in guiding me to buy the truck I wanted. It wasn't just business as usual with joe he made me and my girlfriend laugh and feel very comfortable and not pressured into anything I wasn't sure of. After all a car is a commitment you supposed to be happy with. I would absolutely buy another truck from them or recommend them to family and friends. I got a great deal on the truck I bought and I know because after months of looking online doing research and visiting other dealers that the price they offered wasn't going to be beat. That brings me to Joe Clossey in the finance Department another great guy and was more than easy to deal with. He was fast and knew his stuff.. I had a bunch of questions about my loan being a newbie and he answered all of them without any hesitation..Freehold is about 3 hours away from where I live and I wouldn't think twice about taking a ride to get vehicle from them. Joe explained the differences between Altima packages and what the cost differences would be. During the test drive, Joe offered many insights about the vehicle.
