It's hard to imagine how they can improve this car, but every year they come up.with new ways to excite Nissan fans, and this year's models are no exception! Our new sentra s v model came equipped with satellite radio, Bluetooth technology and a back up camera, along with the usual goodies that make the sentra a very comfortable, safe, quiet ride that gets superior highway mileage. I couldn't be more pleased with the exemplary service at Freehold Nissan, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. The dealership is bright, welcoming and meticulously maintained. The staff are all cheerful and friendly. Just about everyone on the sales floor stopped by to introduce themselves a.nd say hello. Mark Weber has been our sales person for all three leases and was very .knowledgeable and concerned with both meeting our needs and making it a very pleasant experience. We look forward to leasing again at Freehold .Nissan and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent product at a great price! More

Best customer focused service manager and friendly staff In September I discovered that the tires on my 2013 Quest were cupped after a tire rotation service. As I had less than 20K miles on the tires, I dec In September I discovered that the tires on my 2013 Quest were cupped after a tire rotation service. As I had less than 20K miles on the tires, I decided to go to the dealership for explanation. I sought Leo, the service manager, out without an appointment. Leo did not turn me away. Instead he sat with me, listened to my issues patiently, explained the tire design principles of Quest, and asked me if I had alignment done. I did not as we never hit a pot hole and only drove the Quest for long distance on highways. Then I remembered I did hit a bambi which clanked under the wheels for quite a few seconds before falling off. Leo made arrangements to do alignment on my van immediately (and with a discount). He also arranged a loaner car (which is a service I did not even aware) so I could run my errands. I was so glad that I took Leo's advice as the alignment was off. I bought my 2013 Quest new at this dealer. But I did not bring the van back for service thinking that dealer's prices were too high and there was no difference in services at dealership. But Leo made me feel that I was a valued customer. His attitude and approach showed me that he really cares about his customers. He made this Nissan service center stand out from other service centers. Because of him, I shall be a return customer. We only drive Toyota and this is our first Nissan car. Because of our good experience here, next time we will consider Nissan at this dealership too. More
Being taken for a service ride I have had my car serviced at this dealership 4 times, in the last year, 3 of them within the last 6 months. Every time I get my car back, something e I have had my car serviced at this dealership 4 times, in the last year, 3 of them within the last 6 months. Every time I get my car back, something else is wrong. I take it in to find out why the check engine light is on, they diagnose it, tell me what's wrong, charge me an arm and a leg, and then the service light comes back on the very same week, if not the next day. And they tell me it's something else that wasn't wrong before. I took it in to get a timing chain and brakes replaced, and it comes back to me with the air conditioning broken...in the middle of the summer. I have 3 young kids and it was dangerously hot in my van, without air, to the point where we just did not drive it. Which didn't matter because I had to take it back AGAIN for the service light being on. Now, they're telling me something has to be repaired that I have paid to be fixed already! I have copies of all of my invoices, and I feel that I am definitely being taken for loop. They must think I'm an incompetent woman, who won't put 2 and 2 together, but they are sorely mistaken. Now I have another $1k+ repair that I can't afford, for something that I believe should have been and was fixed already. I have been treated nicely by the employees, but that doesn't erase the way that I feel about this situation. I'm extremely disappointed and very, very upset. More

I went in to see if I could get a car from theirs. i was recieved with a warm welcomed and made me feel like if I was at home. Knowing that I had no credit established. I found it difficult for them to actually help me out. However they managed to help me out and they did. If you go to this dealer I would strongly reccomend talking to Dwayne Parker. He is the best.. Literally. He was really helpful with the whole process. He made the impossible happen and in the end I went home taking a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Still cant believe it but It happened. I strongly reccomend going here More

The bumper is very weak, the A/C is not working and stop after one month. The Service Manager, Mr. Leo Vitalin and all the service people is very nice and trying to resolve the car issues. I had good experience with the Joe, the financial manager as well. The only issue I had with the sales manager, but it was about deal and price. I recommend this dealer but do not buy this car, Nissan Rogue 2015 More
