Nicest salesman yet I was referred by a friend who knew one of the employees that works at this dealership. Overall amazing customer service, everyone there was extremely nice to me and did everything they could to help me get into a car as I had no car for about 2 weeks. I was approved without needing a cosigner, never having car credit and just starting to build my credit. They got me into a 2012 red toyota corolla. I fell in love with this car when I saw it in person. It's a really great car and I'm extremely happy I went to Nissan Freehold and very happy to have dealt with Mark Weber and Will Doheny. DCH Freehold Nissan - Not delivering Customer happiness any I bought an used Car Honda CRV 2009 model in the month of Oct2015 and I reported that there were headrests on the rear seats which were missing. They I bought an used Car Honda CRV 2009 model in the month of Oct2015 and I reported that there were headrests on the rear seats which were missing. They committed to find the same and send them through mail. I bought the car and settled down all the money. It has been almost 1.5 months I am doing followup with the Sales Manager and Sales-Client Advisor at least twice a week. Either they do not attend your calls, or they give you false commitment. I emailed them,called them, left so many voice mails , contacted them through online chat and there is no response from them. Really frustrated with their customer service.I wish there must be some escalation mechanism that DCH should adhere to meet customer queries.Horrible customer service. More
