Good experience I got a great car for a really good price. Chris Pientek did everything for me to get the best deal so I can have affordable payments. Exceptional Experience!! This was the first time my husband and I bought a car from Freehold Nissan, but it's not the first in our family. For years my parents have purchased This was the first time my husband and I bought a car from Freehold Nissan, but it's not the first in our family. For years my parents have purchased from Nissan and dealt with Mark Weber and Howie Salka, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about them, and now we do too! Mark went above and beyond to help us out, and we left with a brand new car and smiles on our faces! I will definitely recommend Mark and the rest of the team in the future, and look forward to dealing with him again when the time comes. More

Dave and the team really worked hard to help me get something within my budget and I could not be happier with the car and the price. All of the associates were friendly and easy to work with, and they understood that I was a college student on a limited budget and did the best they could to get me a great price on the car. Great team to work with I have worked with the team at Freehold Nissan for many years and have always had a very good experience. Today I walked into the showroom, spoke with mark Weber and within 90 minutes I signed the paperwork for a new car. In addition this dealership has always had the car available and I have never had to wait for something to be delivered. Again the sales team from the manager to the salesman made the experience memorable and I would recommend Mark to anyone walking into the showroom. More

Will say anything t get you into their showroom I had several phone calls and even an email to confirm the terms of a lease I wanted to sign. When I got there everyone was oh so friendly, they put m I had several phone calls and even an email to confirm the terms of a lease I wanted to sign. When I got there everyone was oh so friendly, they put me in the car I wanted, and it purred like a kitten. I'd leased two cars from Freehold Nissan before, and was just getting a newer model of the car I was in. All goes well until I'm told about additional charges that were not mentioned on any of the phone calls or in the email I had. They lied to get me in the showroom, lied to get me in the car and fall in love with it, and then at the very end hit me with extra charges. When I showed them the email confirming all the numbers, they said it was a mistake and they wouldn't honor the terms they emailed me. What business does that? Really, name one other business that would put everything in writing, and then tell you at the last minute they won't honor it and if you want to buy their product it's going to cost more than what they promised ... verbally and in writing. The salesman Dwayne was nice enough (he looked as surprised as I was) but his manager Tian told me he would not sell me the car described clearly in my email for the price listed in the same email. In other words, he clearly understood that his firm had not only promised on the phone but also put into writing a deal, and then refused to honor it. I live in Freehold and prefer to support local businesses. Despite the fact that I'd leased two cars from them, I will not do business with the kind of liars that give car salesmen such a bad name. There are plenty of other reputable dealers in Freehold who will be meeting me this week. More
