Absolutely Amazing Service I was assisted by several individuals that helped me get into my new car. My credit is not so great so I was apprehensive about buying a new car from I was assisted by several individuals that helped me get into my new car. My credit is not so great so I was apprehensive about buying a new car from a dealership, but they literally washed away all my worries and got me a really great deal, and got me into a new car that night! Chris Murphy, Dustin Szejnrok, & Howie Salka took the time to explain everything to me, and took every avenue possible to get me into the new car last night so I could return my rental car and stop paying $50 a day in nonsense. I was also assisted by Kenny via online at first that answered a lot of my questions before I even stepped into the door. Daniel Jenks also assisted with answering some of my questions with Chris. All these employees just pooled their efforts together as if I was family to get me into this vehicle, and they have never even met me, but they were all about my cause. I was being helped by everyone, as if it was a group effort. It really felt amazing to have so many people in my corner during this overwhelming experience of buying a car. I would never buy another car from anywhere else but DCH Nissan in Freehold. I went from just "shopping around" to a loyal lifetime customer in just a few short hours! I am telling everyone to come down there! Even strangers at Wawa. These guys literally changed my perspective on car dealerships forever. They worked with me and got me a really great deal and into a car that I am already in love with. Thank you guys! More

He is very personable and we got to talking about everyday type stuff so it was a very relaxed situation, rather than a nervous one when purchasing a new car. He did follow up the next day to make sure we were happy with the new vehicle and also told us that if we have any problems or questions to just call him and he would be happy to take care of us. Bought my third car at this dealership. I just bought my third Nissan vehicle at DCH Freehold. Working with Marc Gruben and the management made the process easy and enjoyable. He is extremely friendly and helpful. In fact Marc tried for a couple of months to find the perfect vehicle for my son who is extremely tall and finds it difficult fitting into a car. Marc Gruben kept searching for the right fit. On this day I went back to the dealership to purchase a Murano for myself. I only wanted to deal with Marc. Anyone who takes such an interest in helping a customer deserves my business. The management also remembered me and made sure that I would get the best deal possible.
