Treated Like Dirt I'm not naive - I understand that dealerships are out there to make money. I understand that individual salesmen are paid on commission. What I don't understand is, cut and dry unethical business behavior. To be frank, I was lied to. I was lied to over the phone. And I was lied to directly to my face. After putting a deposit on a car and arranging a method to transport a trade in to the dealership the following day I was certain an agreement had been reached. However, the next morning I was told there was a crack in the engine block. Fine I said - glad I found out before I took the car home. Two days later when I returned to collect my deposit, I see the car had been sold. I look up the VIN and see it had been sold as a Certified Pre-Owned. There was no crack on this engine block, the car was sold to someone else with less incentives than I negotiated and I was blatantly lied to. I understand the dealership has the right to sell to someone else despite my deposit, I just wish someone there had the decency to be truthful with me. There is much more to be said regarding the conversation I had with Tian Reid that day I returned and the utter disrespect and lack of professionalism he displayed. Theres plenty to say about Dustin, a young man clearly following in the foot steps of his unethical sales managers. He literally hid when I returned to the dealership. I could fill a book with my feelings towards this dealership , but I will keep it as short as possible hereinto. If you elect to do business with this dealership, know what you're getting into. If honesty, integrity, and professionalism are important to you then I would steer clear of this dealership. More

Treated like family! Last Friday, my husband I and stopped at DCH Freehold to get him a car. We were greeted by Chris Murphy and after explaining our situation, he introd Last Friday, my husband I and stopped at DCH Freehold to get him a car. We were greeted by Chris Murphy and after explaining our situation, he introduced us to Travis Durst. My husband mentioned the two cars he was interested in and Travis walked him through each one, including the Car Fax, in a surprisingly open conversation. After my husband decided on the car, we started talking finance. My husband doesn't have much credit and is trying to build it up, I was pretty sure I would have to cosign. The manager. Chris, was more than fair on the price offering. Travis went over his options, again with transparency not experienced at other dealerships. And to my surprise, Chris got my husband an approval that night, after they had closed! We were elated. The interest rate wasn't great, but it was an immediate approval. After some paperwork, we were on our way; my husband was to return the following day to finalize the deal. Much to my surprise, Chris had additional offers and got our interest rate cut by almost 3%. Chris and Travis bent over backwards to help my husband. They were fair and honest. I can't thank them enough for helping my husband. Looking forward to buying my next car with them! More

I would recommend the dealership but most of all Marc. I will continue my business relationship with both the DCH Freehold Nissan and especially with Marc Gruben. I also was assisted by Joe Clossey from finance and he too was a pleasure to do business with. I also appreciated that Chris one of the Sales managers came out and personally thanked me for my business. All of the above is the reason why I will continue to give this dealership my business.
