Katrina the service rep went above and beyond for us and always kept us updated. The car came back looking new and it’s a 2015 Rogue !! I didn’t purchase the car at the dealership, but I definitely wil always kept us updated. The car came back looking new and it’s a 2015 Rogue !! Everyone on the service team went above and beyond to deal with specific situation and needs! Tyler awesome, provided fantastic customer service, knowledge and skill. After visiting the Mercedes dealership across the street the week prior, I was blown away by how much better the whole service and parts team were. They were awful. Johnny is excellent. Very attentive and caring. Unfortunately our CPO had a check engine light come on a few days after taking delivery. Issue was resolved but this kee Very attentive and caring.
