Left my car for overnight to be serviced in the morning. I wanted an oils change and tire rotation. They did not call to tell me that the rotation wasn’t covered in my service plan and so they didn’t do it. I wanted an oils change and tire rotation. They did not call to tell me that the rotation wasn’t covered in my service plan and so they didn’t do it. However if they called I would have understood and paid for the rotation. They did not call to tell me my car was done and did not give me an update when I called earlier that day. I had to drive down there at the end of the day just to get an update about my car. Luckily it was done so I was able to take it home. More
