Ambrose was very helpful for fixing the air bag shortage clip. When I got there I told him all the maintenance I did before and after the air bag light came on. He then informed me that the shortage clip doesn't sell by itself, but he went and looked for a spare from an old harness. He was able to find one and have it installed on my truck. Saved me $900 that I wasn't willing to spend. He truly cares about the customer. And for someone like me who usually distrust the dealership, this has definitely been the exception, I am a veteran tho I don't like to mention it. Ambrose recognized my memorial bracelet and asked if I served, so I was also able to get a veteran discount that I had no idea they had here. Took great care of my and my truck.
