IM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE ESTELA. AFTER REVIEWING THE REPAIR ORDER. I CAN SEE IT WAS ONLY RECALLS AND WARRANTY REPAIR THAT WAS PERFORMED. IM NOT SURE HOW THE YOU FEEL WE DID A BAD JOB. VEHILE GOES UNDE A MULIT POINT INSPECTION WHEN BROUGHT TO OUR FACIILITY. A MULTI POINT INSPECTION SHEET IS PROVIDED TO YOU AFTER INSPECTION ARE DONE. SHOWN IT WAS GIVEN TO YOU. IF YOU LIKE, WE CAN BRING THE VEHICLE BACK TO PIN POINT THE ISSUES THAT WERE DOCUMENTED. THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK.

I don't think you are reading the part where I stated that Marcos told me it was leaking oil and It wasn't. I didn't state all the the other bull crap he said. My car was fine before I took it in. He also said, I didn't qualify for my recall on the transmission. Well, well.. I took it to another dealer and my transmission was approved and all they recommended me to do was change my back breaks. No thank you I will never go back to that dealer again.
