We were at Rainbow for problem with jeep key fobs. The people were very nice. I believe they did the work correctly which was simply to program new key fobs. The reason for the low rating is this: The The people were very nice. I believe they did the work correctly which was simply to program new key fobs. The reason for the low rating is this: They sent me a message and said "if you will give us a review of all 10s and all answers yes, we will give you a free oil change." I regret that our world has come to accept deception in every form - none of us knows whom to believe in politics, business or almost anywhere else. I was very disturbed that this large dealership actively sought to purchase a good rating. I suggest you fire your PR people. But for this snafu, I would have rated at least a 4 star. More
