I purchased the vehicle from this dealership, but was made to feel like my dollars were not of value because I have different ideological beliefs. Our salesman was attentive, knowledgeable and did not make the experience feel pressured or obligated in any way. He was most concerned with filling the needs of our family and making the deal work for us. I have been bringing my vehicles to be serviced at the dealership for years. Service reps is always very helpful, making the scheduling very easy and wait times as short as possible. It is safe to say that Rainbow GMC has a loyal customer for life as long as business there continues as it has been for all of my previous experiences! More

Misdiagnosis of a problem Coolant leak under car was diagnosed as radiator leak ,cost me $700 . Same leak continued under car in SAME spot in garage near firewall and heater core, Radiator is to front of engine. SAME SPOT LEAK!! Brought car back, now told it was a plastic "T" in hose connection that leaked in SAME SPOT as before but a new leak . Great in emergency I got a flat tire because my key did not fit the lock to spare tire. It was Sunday so I called AAA for a tow to dealer the next morning. When I got truck into dealer they promptly drilled thru the lock, replaced the flat tire with the spare and did not charge me. More
