Very poor customer service. Not good at working on vehicles either. I took a car there for a short, they had it for a week and couldn't figure it out. Tacoma Dodge fixed it same day. Sales department doesn't do enough volume to get near the prices that you can get in Puyallup. They try bait and switch. The are real creeps. I don't recommend them unless you are looking for poor quality work. More

Rear end went out 3 days after purchase and upon returning it to have them fix it the manager was rude and defensive. After the repairs, we started to experience transmission slippage and when we to returning it to have them fix it the manager was rude and defensive. After the repairs, we started to experience transmission slippage and when we took it back to the dealership we had to pay for the replacement of catalytis converters. Experiencing slippage again we took it back and they said nothing was wrong with it. Recently more problems have surfaced with this truck due to the slipping. This truck has been a question mark since day 3 and on day 4 when I asked about trading it in on a different truck the manager was unwilling. Though the service and sales person we dealt with were friendly, the upper management has no sense of customer service. More
