The service rep was fantastic but the facilities are shabby and big stain in poor customer service area. Old manufacture building and Sevices in another building. I write this review to shake myself out of a state of shock. The spiteful GM Gladdis Vaughn has scammed me using the WA state Bushing law to squeeze money out of me a day AFTER I signed the full lease co shock. The spiteful GM Gladdis Vaughn has scammed me using the WA state Bushing law to squeeze money out of me a day AFTER I signed the full lease contract for a new Tucson with her sales manager Isaac Rogers. Before I decided to pursue the offer, the sales rep Himanshu, sales manager Isaac Rogers including Gladdis had confirmed the contract terms via email and text. I even got the signed contract papers in hand before driving off. A business day later, she started blackmailing me to pay up more money (amend the contract) or that she would take back possession of the car which technically belonged to me. Further the day I signed the new lease I had turned in my previously leased Hyundai Ioniq to the dealership. She refused to return that car back to me essentially rendering me helpless without any vehicle in possession. I am still processing what has just happened before I can lodge an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commissioner. What is the worst is that I will never get back the time I spent researching, negotiating, driving to and from the dealership and the three hours they made me wait while processing my lease contract which was voided the next day. Be very warned with this shady dealership! More
