Thanks for the response but unfortunately I don't have anything to say. Here are the facts and I don't think you can do anything about them. 1) First day: We went to the dealership and we had a long discussion in the dealership and the price didn't work out for us. So we walked away around 9 PM. 2) Second day: we were talking with them on the phone for a long time and eventually they agreed to a price on the phone and asked us to come the next day. We clarified that there aren't going to be any additional charges etc. And they said no. 3) After we went there, they brought the car out to the front and we started filling the forms etc. They gave the VIN number and we called our insurance. 4) And then they said they can't give it to that price. 5) We said "you agreed to that price" but they said sorry, they can't give. 6) We said that they lied to us on the phone to get us there and perhaps were thinking that they can "work out" a deal by getting us there. 7) They just misled us and we drove all the way (about 25 miles) each way. We wasted lot of time. 8) If you don't agree to the price, say so. The dealership can easily say "no we can't give to that price" but there is no need to agree to a price and call us back there. Thank you. I'm done with this dealership.

Micah, I was told that I could put a hold on the check that I gave them until the end of February. They cashed it anyway so I incurred an overdraft fee in addition to a stop payment fee with my bank account. John Yoon was unapologetic about that. I gave back the car to your dealership and honestly don't expect anything in return. Anyone who deal with your company should have their head examined.
