Its the worst , horrible customer services from William (Bill) Shipley. Unwelcome , bad attitudes , never listened, no practice social distancing, seem like he didnt like his job. I started to wonder if something was up with my oil and filter change. we were there after 5pm but after seeing how rude that couple was to Bryson and hellen. I understand the hold up now.
