Helen was very good at her position and aware of what my Honda needed, however, I wondered why no previous employee had recognized that I needed transmission fluid change at 3 years as I was getting my Honda needed, however, I wondered why no previous employee had recognized that I needed transmission fluid change at 3 years as I was getting oil changes for five years at the Burien location. I was grateful that she had recognized what needed to be done. I also needed a new rear window windshield wiper but that was not recommended. More

I bought my car here and it was an excellent experience.
