Appointment scheduling was fine. Vinny Vetere is always good to work with. Unfortunately, the service message wasn't deleted and is still coming up every time we start the car. All my life I have been seeking PERFECT auto service with no excuses. I never found it until 2016 when I got my first car from Rallye and was introduced to John Ciccotelli my service advisor. No excuses, no story’s or surprises simply perfect service every time since my first GL in 16. A year ago I got a new GLS-580 and like all the years before John has provided perfect, worry free service. As long as John is on the Rallye team they will have me as a customer. It’s a car, true a great car but it still needs service and in all my years of super car buying there has never been a service pro like John Ciccotelli. While I’m at it I would like to mention Noel Rodriguez who is the young man that provides the loaner car. He greets me by name like family. He has the paperwork ready and perfect. Like John, Noel gets it done right the first time all the time. Because of John and Noel I actually look forward to keeping my car properly serviced rather than dreading it! More
