Where do I start! ! From the beginning the deal was going ok I had all the information needed to buy my dream truck. I bought it over the phone I had everything ready a ! I bought it over the phone I had everything ready all this dealership had to do was just put me in the truck and let's go but unfortunately. This was a nightmare!!!! I got the truck with damages, scratches, broken piece. I got the truck with a few dents and this was supposed to be a brand new 2500 Dodge ram. I got it with stains inside the interior. I wasn't OK with the with the truck itself but I spoke to the GM and he advised me everything was gonna be taken care of but unfortunately I wasn't able to be in a loaner, they rushed the process try to cover up the scratches with some paint just made it look uglier. I was denied to a loaner because it was going to go through make ready. They did give me an oil change because the percentage was lower than having a brand new truck , when I when they turned in the truck to me, they did have a full tank of gas but I had to put in my own Def fluid. Gentleman name Angel Munoz, and a gentleman name Mike was probably the best thing I encountered in this dealership, I've already had an issue with this dealership before, and trying do me wrong in the business before . I decided to give them a chance I was told to take my truck back but, I rather take it the way it is then have to deal with them again. . I'm just gonna stick with the loss and just not ever do business again over here. You were thinking buying a brand new truck that the service will be better and I don't care if you spent 5000 to 90,000 I think everybody should be treated equal and I believe I wasn't treated correctly.
