He also went out in the unbearable heat to find any vehicle that I wanted to test drive. This of course involved several days of me driving different vehicles until I found the right fit. Thanks again! More
I bought a 2016 Mazda CX9 from Ramsey on September 4th, 2024 for $13,770 (listed for about $14,995 but I talked down the price.) On October 21st, 2024, my dashboard lit up and was unsafe to drive. I found 2024 for $13,770 (listed for about $14,995 but I talked down the price.) On October 21st, 2024, my dashboard lit up and was unsafe to drive. I found out it had a coolant AND oil leak, causing my engine to be inoperable. I practically begged Ramsey to fix it, because there was no way they didn’t know what was wrong with this car. They were also ignoring my phone calls. I called countless times and no one picked up. When I had my boyfriend call them from a different phone number, they decided to pick up. When I finally spoke with the manager, he chose to tell me they needed to do countless repairs on the car to make it sellable (they clearly didn’t repair it enough) and they were close to sending it to auction instead. Of course they told me this after buying the car, otherwise no one would’ve bought it. I pleaded with the manager to fix the car for free. This was the first car I bought as a 20 year old, and it has caused me nothing but problems. Come to find out, it needed almost $8,000 in repairs, which consisted of a partial engine and a new turbo. They kept my car forever, with it just sitting in the back of their parking lot. I went about a month without a car until they finally decided to give me a rental. Katelyn did everything she could to try and make it so the company themselves could pay for the repairs on my car, but her efforts failed. After basically begging the dealership, they decided to fix my car for me. I didn’t get it back until December 2nd, 2024. You would think if they had my car for that long, they’d efficiently repair it. That wasn’t the case. In the end of March, my oil light turned on even though I got an oil change about a month prior. My car had ANOTHER oil leak, which was found in the turbo line. It costed about $500 to fix. I’m confident in the shop I take my car to because it’s a family friend, and he doesn’t cut corners like Ramsey has. I thought that was the last of my car needing repairs, at least for a while. But, on June 25th, my back passenger door no longer latched, and my check engine light turned on. Turns out my turbo was missing a heat shield… The turbo Ramsey replaced. This has caused excessive heat under the hood, which burned a hole into a hose and caused a vacuum leak. I know this repair is needed because of whoever the xxxx Ramsey has repairing their cars. I haven’t heard a single good thing about their service department. With the door latch, replacing the shield, and replacing the hose, it’s about $1,100 to fix. A car I bought less than a year ago has needed almost $10,000 in repairs due to their negligence. Never let them touch your car, and never buy a car from them unless you’re willing to pay thousands of dollars in repairs. Ramsey Auto is known for deceptive sales practices. If I knew all of this would happen, I would have never bought a car from them. Their negligence and ignorance has caused me nothing but stress, annoyance, and countless repairs. My car has been in the shop every couple of months. I have zero trust in Ramsey and zero trust in my car. I love Mazdas, but I don’t think I will ever buy a Mazda again. One singular dealership has ruined the entire brand for me. Anytime someone tells me they’re buying a car, I let them know to not buy a car from Ramsey. Selling a car with this many issues is absolutely disgusting and illusive and I wish I took my money somewhere else. They will sell you a piece of xxxx with a smile on their face. More

Salesman Brian and the finance person were refreshingly human and avoided the typical hard sell and up sell tactics. Everyone super friendly and attentive. Mr. Ramsey must be very proud of his prices. I tried buying a CX-30 from a saleman named Jermy but the best he could do is MSRP minus incentives. This is not a good deal. I have a benefit pricing tool f buying a CX-30 from a saleman named Jermy but the best he could do is MSRP minus incentives. This is not a good deal. I have a benefit pricing tool from work that shows "excellent price" "great price" "fair price" and "high price" Jeremy kept the price above the "high price" category with his justification of saying "There's very little to no mark-up in a Mazda." I've heard this same line from every salesman I've ever tried to buy a car from. When I realized we weren't going to make a deal, I thanked Jeremy for his time and stood up, as I reached out to shake his hand he turned his back and walked away like an upset 5 year old when they dont get their way. We're living in the information age where with a little bit of smarts and an hour of one's time you can find the information your looking for on the net. I can't believe I wasted 3/4 of my day at both Ramsey dealerships. More
