Came in and had oil changed... Mike helped me I came in to have my oil changed and was pleasantly surprised that my tires were rotated ... 4 point inspection included... Also a car wash. Oil- filter change and Tire rotation I request a oil and filter change plus tire rotation, and I just noticed that tire rotation was not performed and I’m 100 % sure, first because a s I request a oil and filter change plus tire rotation, and I just noticed that tire rotation was not performed and I’m 100 % sure, first because a scratch in front wheel by drivers side still in same place, second because I have to bring my car back same day because low air pressure, then few days later I have to come back for the same reason. It’s obviously that they don’t do tire rotation and inspection at all. I have to cancel my trip because because my car was not trustable. Don’t trust dealer at all I’m very disappointed now. More

Service was good and received phone call and text alerting my car was ready. Only problem I had is that one-third of my front license plate was bent forward away from the car. Not sure how it happened and nobody - from the person who serviced it to the counter staff who brought me to my car — noticed the damage. It was minor and not a big deal to me (since I could try to bend it back myself), but a little disappointed that it even happened, plus that the counter staff person asked “do you want us to bring it back and fix it (be should have insisted that they fix it, not ask). More
