Bryan's followup during the entire process was fast, clear and concise. In anticipation of a batch of Clarity's coming in and one in my preferred color, after the Memorial Day weekend I instead stopped in to the dealership to view other colors that had already come in. Turned out I loved the "MOONLIT FOREST PEARL" (a forest-green color with tan interior) and decided to buy it then-and-there. The process was fast and Bryan made it seamless and easy. Must note that I did turn down the finance manager's upsells for various paint and maintenance packages — and there was no hard pressure sales tactics on them — so my out-the-door price was exactly what I'd budgeted.
