We recently purchased a pre-owned Ford. It was still under factory warranty and had a cataclysmic failure requiring a new engine block. I have used the Service Department at Randall Ford since buying my first Expedition in 1997. I bought my 2011 Expedition new from them and will continue to use them. Cracker Jack, Mickey Mouse operation. Paid for a BG oil change $145, and they didn't fill my washer fluid. The oil change interval sticker was on the floor. Randall Ford has the worst service department that I have ever experienced. After waiting over 3 hours for an oil change, they realized that they didn’t know where my car was even located.
