Steer clear We purchased a 2011 ford flex from here 10 months ago. We have done so much business with them, and figured we would go back again. MISTAKE! They were We purchased a 2011 ford flex from here 10 months ago. We have done so much business with them, and figured we would go back again. MISTAKE! They were ready to make CRAZY deals. But they make those crazy deals by offering me 4500 less then every other lot in a 30 miles radius had offered me. What finance guy Chad said was "a crazy number". He talked to us for less then 2 minutes before getting up to walk away. Randall needs to consider finding friendlier finance guys. This is time TWO we have been disrespected by them. After telling him his trade number was insulting, he basically shrugged off that he insulted us. His last statement was "we are done here". Our salesman didn't say another word to use either. All this was over a new 2015 flex, that was priced MORE then a 2016 at other lots. I'll steer clear and make sure EVERYBODY else I know does as well too. More
