Cracker Jack, Mickey Mouse operation. Paid for a BG oil change $145, and they didn't fill my washer fluid. The oil change interval sticker was on the floor. Randall Ford has the worst service department that I have ever experienced. After waiting over 3 hours for an oil change, they realized that they didn’t know where my car was even located. They picked my Expedition up for service and detail. The service advisor communicated with me the suggestions for service and priced everything out before proceeding. I continue to return to them because they have always been fair with me and have performed excellent work. My last visit was for quite a bit of work. The work was completed to my satisfaction.
