Broken Promise Bought a USED 2015 Ford Mustang 4 cylinder EcoBoost with 7300 miles. The car only comes with 1 keyfob. The sales person and the finance guys told me Bought a USED 2015 Ford Mustang 4 cylinder EcoBoost with 7300 miles. The car only comes with 1 keyfob. The sales person and the finance guys told me that they would contact the previous owner to find out if he has the extra key. If the previous owner did not have the key, than the dealer would order one for me free of charge. 2 weeks went by. I had to call find out if they already call the previous owner or not. The next day, I had to call again and finally he said that the previous owner did not have the extra key. So, I asked them to order one for me, and the sales, manager and the finance guys said not without cost. So, I had to pay for the key. I did not order one. Randall Noe in Terrell, TX backed out on their promise. Make sure you have it writing when you buy from this dealer. More

For starters my car was given to me very filthy dirty and with an empty gas tank. I understand it was late and they promised me a full detail and full tank of gas the next time and all I was told us they don't give free gas. The guys are very rude unless you're their deal. This is riduculous and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and will never be back. More

not holding to their end of the deal They installed new wheels on my car and they put the wrong lugs nuts and wheel fell off while wife was driving.
