Randall Reed's Planet Ford - Service Center

Went it for transmission work that should have been under warranty. Randall Reed couldn’t see my vehicle for 6-8 weeks. Forced to resort to repair from local shop and this was competed in 4 days (part del warranty. Randall Reed couldn’t see my vehicle for 6-8 weeks. Ford now refuses to reimburse the costs which they would have been required to cover under warranty. Their justification. Is that the Ford dealership did not complete the repairs even though I used a “Ford certified” repair shop. Sadly, it’s what’s become of customer service. More
