Service took over three weeks. We did not have a vehicle during that time. They did not offer to give us a replacement vehicle. It is like they stuffed our van in a parking stall too close to other vehicles and were careless about opening and closing doors against the side of our vehicle. More

1.5 week for a tailite issue. Then used my truck as a service truck and placed over 110 miles on it. They never did the two recalls that I ask that they do while they had it even though they told me the service truck and placed over 110 miles on it. Very disappointed and will nit be recommended anyone to this location. Doggett and automation - never used my truck as a parts truck and they did the work that was asked to be performed each time and within a reasonable time. More

I have had Fords for years and have never seen so much problems with my truck. The display screen comes on when it get around to it opting to stay blank or not coming on for miles down the road. More
