What a great experience I had today when I took my car in to have the oil changed. Derrick said it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tire pressure, top off the windshiel to have the oil changed. Purchased a 2020 Edge. They gave a carfax, the report was positive. Idiots don't maintain or inspect cars properly. Couldn't even do a damage alignment with out xxxxing the steering column up. These guys are the equivalent of Ray Charles for cars.
