Horrible! Our Salesman Kody was great as was the finance officer. Here's the problem, your service dept is the worst! I purchased the Buick (paid in full) and we discovered the truck latch was broken! We had been there about 4 hours (told to come after lunch), the vehicle was not even ready and we had to wait! Once in the service Dept. four people did not even acknowledge we were there (no other cars in service). When my husband asked what was being done we were told we may have to take it to your shop for repair. My husband did say xxxxxxxxx out loud but not at any one person as we were now very tired and ready to go. Not that it matters but my husband had been very ill and this was taking alot out of him. My husband then asked what was being done he was told in a very nasty way by some older man in service that he was NOT going to do anything! I then responded, I will do something and went back to the sales room and asked for my check back which I tore up. I was expected to wait, come back, whatever after just buying a brand new car that already had a problem with it! I just received a text last week that the part was now in, wow so the part was not even there! To expect a customer to drive away with a problem before I even got it out of your lot is beyond bad! I was never going to have to work with sales or finance again BUT was going to have to work with the Service Dept. and after we were treated like bugs on a floor I decided the car was just not worth ever having to go back to them. More
