My tailgate hasn't worked right since I purchased the truck. I have taken it by the service department 3 different times and they have yet to fix it. Every time they tell me that my tailgate is fixed, truck. I have taken it by the service department 3 different times and they have yet to fix it. Every time they tell me that my tailgate is fixed, I pull out of their parking lot and record me attempting to open the smaller tailgate (not the full tailgate). After it fails to open on camera, I send the videos right back to Cindy in service showing it not working yet again but all to no avail. Plan on trying again next week (fingers crossed). With the exception of this issue, the service department (specifically Cindy) has been a pleasure to work with and is friendly and knowledgable. If they could just fix the dang tailgate, I would have given them a 4-5 star rating. More
