Overall is was good, Chip Harris was quick and painless, the finance person Jerrae was excellent. The delivery to my house was 4 hours later than I had asked for!. When I called to check on it after a few h the finance person Jerrae was excellent. The delivery to my house was 4 hours later than I had asked for!. When I called to check on it after a few hours all I heard when he (Chip?) picked up was" We'll get there soon running behind", before I could say hi or hello?I felt like well, he got the sale now I'm way down on the list of to do . I'm in sales and the delivery is included in the "close of the sale" with my customers-the delivery should leave a lasting impression of positivity, this one was very late with no explanation to me your customer. I like the car, I'm finishing cleaning and installing black weather rubber mats. More

Service agents seem to be good people but the dealer tried to charge me a 3% fee for using a credit card! That's nuts! I'll now have to find a new dealership to take my new Yukon for service. It's 20 tried to charge me a 3% fee for using a credit card! That's nuts! I'll now have to find a new dealership to take my new Yukon for service. It's 2024 Randy Marion. Bought a 2010 GMC Yukon and after I bought it I realized that the oil was completely black and the filter was nasty and also has a oil leak that we weren’t aware of. (I was told that changing the oil and oi that the oil was completely black and the filter was nasty and also has a oil leak that we weren’t aware of. (I was told that changing the oil and oil filter was part of the protocol before selling a car) I have no doubt in my mind they got that car in and sold it without looking at anything on this car.
