Overall is was good, Chip Harris was quick and painless, the finance person Jerrae was excellent. The delivery to my house was 4 hours later than I had asked for!. Service agents seem to be good people but the dealer tried to charge me a 3% fee for using a credit card! That's nuts! I'll now have to find a new dealership to take my new Yukon for service. Bought a 2010 GMC Yukon and after I bought it I realized that the oil was completely black and the filter was nasty and also has a oil leak that we weren’t aware of.
