I left my brand new 2024 Buick Envision for an entire week because the new Infomation Screen is broken (no respone on bottom part of screen) and they still couldn't get the part I needed to fix the vehic week because the new Infomation Screen is broken (no respone on bottom part of screen) and they still couldn't get the part I needed to fix the vehicle. I still don't have a date as to when the part will come in even though they told me they would update me the day I picked it up. I am still struggling with ability to turn on/off the AC, the heated seats, etc. so we have to live with the inability to use our brand new car while we wait and wait and wait...ugh. More

As always, the service department can be trusted. My tire pressure sensor indicated there was a malfunction. The dealership was able to reprogram it and I didn’t need a new unit. They could have easily charged me for a new sensor and I wouldn’t have known the difference. That’s what trust is all about. More
