Kenny Caldwell at Randy Marion in Huntersville was very professional and courteous during our interactions. I saw a real concern and effort from him and store manager Steve Sowers to resolve the problem wi professional and courteous during our interactions. I saw a real concern and effort from him and store manager Steve Sowers to resolve the problem with my newly acquired Buick Enclave which is why I will recommend them to anyone no matter where they are working. Despite being disappointed with having to pay a large amount of money for repairing the air conditioning system repair and the lack of positive customer service initiative from the executive management in Mooresville, they worked very diligently with me to try to resolve my issues within the limited amount of autonomy that they were allowed. Unfortunately I found a loose screw and dash clamp in the rear floorboard and I’m hoping that they were simply extra parts that were left. I will definitely come back for my first oil change with Kenny and the service crew in Huntersville. More
