Kenny Caldwell at Randy Marion in Huntersville was very professional and courteous during our interactions. Despite being disappointed with having to pay a large amount of money for repairing the air conditioning system repair and the lack of positive customer service initiative from the executive management in Mooresville, they worked very diligently with me to try to resolve my issues within the limited amount of autonomy that they were allowed. Unfortunately I found a loose screw and dash clamp in the rear floorboard and I’m hoping that they were simply extra parts that were left. I will definitely come back for my first oil change with Kenny and the service crew in Huntersville. More
