I took my car for an oil change. It was changed with no problems. I asked about any other service needed and I was informed everything was good. Chandler saw I was a little blonde female and told me I needed new tires ASAP. My car has 35k miles and plenty of tread. Also, shop took my wheel lock so when I got a nail in my tire, I was screwed. Dealership tried to sell me a part that was covered under GMC’s bumper to bumper warranty and when I questioned the charge I was told to call customer service. GMC Customer service spent 2 1/2 hours passing GMC’s bumper to bumper warranty and when I questioned the charge I was told to call customer service. GMC Customer service spent 2 1/2 hours passing me between departments and finally told me to take the vehicle back to the dealer and the dealer would decide if they would cover the part. The last time I took one of my vehicles to one of Randy Marion’s dealerships (per GM’s customer service instructions, for a covered warranty problem) they told me they could not fix the problem and refused to give me back my vehicle unless I paid them $200 and they refused to work with GM for reimbursement. To top of the experience they broke my vehicles ignition and refused to fix it. More
